About The Mama Coach – Kalli Rose Kelley, LLC
The Mama Coach – Kalli Rose Kelley is an independently owned private nursing practice providing education and support to families across Long Island and virtually throughout New York. The practice serves as a bridge between the fertility clinic and home life by helping clients better understand treatment plans, organize questions for providers, process complex information, and advocate for patient-centered care throughout their journey.
While Kalli maintains professional relationships and communication with multiple fertility clinics and providers across Long Island, she is not officially affiliated with any single clinic. This allows her to remain a neutral, patient-focused resource whose priority is individualized, compassionate, and evidence-based care. A large part of her work focuses on supporting those navigating infertility so they feel less alone, including hosting in-person fertility support groups throughout Nassau and Suffolk County.
Kalli brings over 10 years of experience in pediatric critical care, maternal-child health, newborn care, fertility support, and patient advocacy. In addition to her professional background, her passion for this work is deeply personal. After navigating her own infertility journey, including IVF related to medical diagnosis-driven infertility, she developed a strong commitment to supporting others through the emotional, physical, and logistical complexities of fertility treatment and family building.
Kalli provides inclusive, judgment-free support for individuals and families pursuing many different paths to parenthood, including natural conception with cycle tracking, IUI, IVF, donor egg conception, pregnancy after loss, and single motherhood by choice. Her approach combines evidence-based education with emotional support and practical guidance tailored to each client’s unique experience and goals.

In addition to her nursing background, Kalli is currently pursuing certification as a Women’s Fitness Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Her training will allow her to support women physically and emotionally during fertility treatments, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and overall wellness journey.
